CHERRY BLOSSOMS FOR BLACK FRIDAY? WHY NOT

These visors are made in house! The are laser cut and etched via CO2 laser. A chamfer is applied to the edges on a router table and then the pink paint is filled into the etched portion.

This is a water-based ink that is claimed to be uv safe/waterproof. I HAVE NOT done long term testing with this paint fill technique.

I’ve used the very cool Pearl White acrylic plastic for these.

MATERIAL DISCLAIMER: Acrylic is very strong, and looks awesome! But it can break/shatter in the way that glass does when pushed to its limits. Heating it up with a heat gun makes it malleable BUT if not enough heat is applied when you are trying to bend them you could break it.
